At Zenvor Wear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you may be eligible for a return according to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return may be accepted if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging and accessories where applicable.

2. Return Request Period

Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return.

To request a return, email us at info@zenvorwear.shop with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after 7 days.

  • The product has been used, damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging where packaging is required.

  • The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.

  • The customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product, unless otherwise agreed by Zenvor Wear.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Zenvor Wear.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Do not send a product back without contacting us first.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product received from us, Zenvor Wear may arrange or cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Exchange

Where applicable, an approved return may be exchanged for the same product or another available product, subject to stock availability.
